Requirements:

Before downloading the application, please verify the following prerequisites:

• Ensure that you have registered your account for Mobile Banking Services at your designated home branch.
• Download the TDCCB Mobile Banking App on the same device associated with your registered mobile number.

Features:

The TDCCB Mobile Banking Application provides access to a range of banking services, including:

• Checking your account balance
• Viewing and transferring funds across all your accounts, including loans and deposits
• Reviewing your transaction history
• Funds transfer between your own accounts
• Intra-bank transfers within TDCCB
• Inter-bank transfers via NEFT to external accounts
• Access to various miscellaneous services
• Additional features to be added in future updates

Instructions for activating the Mobile Banking Application:

1. Download the Mobile Banking App exclusively from the Google Play Store. Please refrain from downloading from third-party websites. To obtain your user ID and password, register for the service through your home branch.
2. When prompted to enter your USER ID (CIF NUMBER), an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile device and will be automatically validated.
3. Upon successful validation, you will be asked to create a 6-digit MPIN. Enter your chosen MPIN to complete the activation process for Mobile Banking Services.
